My sister loves this game and I saw in other reviews people kept saying Arouras cat is named Beauty not Dreamy but, Arouras cat is named Dreamy

This is one of the worst games Disney has ever made. There are only two pets in the whole darn thing, and 95% of them have to be paid with real currency. That is complete and utter crap. There is no excuse for the pets to be paid with actual money. Its so ridiculous. Not only that, but the pets voices are so irritating and annoying. They couldve easily been left out. Find another game to download for your kids, because this will make them disappointed and upset. This game is not worth downloading. End of story.

Overall its a great game but in the description it says that you can unlock 5 accessories and auroras pony bloom by playing the treasure game but Ive played that game tons of times and I havent unlocked anything

I just did this cuz I was bored...

My daughter begged me to purchase the whole sent of pets for $24.99. I finally agreed. As soon as the pets were finished downloading, she went back to play the game and slipper was still asleep. Now shes upset because that was her favorite pet, & Im just not going to spend another $3 on their game, especially because slipper was supposed to be included with my original purchase.

App Store Says I own the app, but the app isnt in the home screen

I cant get to the store. Also it keeps crashing every time I open it

They have been having problems for about a month now. My daughter loves the app when it does work; however I can not buy her anything new. I hope you all fix it. I am very sad to give only one star, but nothings seems to be done about the purchasing issue.

My daughter loved this app until it was updated. Now she cannot play the app because it closes during game or wont work when open. We tried to buy her more pets. Nothing downloaded but still charged us!!! Dont buy in app until issue fixed. Pleaseeeeeee fix soon!!!!

We love the app but ever since we downloaded the update we have had problems. We lost all our data, cant restore purchases or do anything that requires Internet. The app fails when connected to Internet. Very disappointing.

My daughter loves the palace pets but since the update the app will open play the intro video then immediately crash. If this is fixed I will rate again but as of right now Im thinking of uninstalling.

Crashes constantly and is unable to download purchases!

Used to work. Bought stuff in app a while ago and now crashes immediately. iPhone 6, newly restored and running iOS 9.0.2.

My Daughter is screaming her brains out over this not working. I would like to put her on the phone with the developers and cry for about an hour.

Game closes every time I try to open it. I purchased all of the packs for my grand daughter to use and now she cant play it. Will not purchase from this developer again. Please fix game!!!!!

My daughters are unable to play this game since update. It crashes after loading.

This app used to work great but not only can I not download new pets or restore purchases but it force closes every time. Update and reinstall did nothing to help. Such a shame that my Granddaughter will not get to play with the Halloween pack I have paid for. Please fix!

My daughter loves this game. My only 2 complaints are when you purchase something it wont download and once you reach level 20 every time your pet levels up it stays on level 20.. Please fix

Every time the app has a "bug fix", it takes several hours of troubleshooting to get it back functional. After three hours with a IT professional, still doesnt work, and $25 worth of purchases are gone. Do yourself a favor and never install this app. It only gets worse with each update, and now is finally 100% not functional.
