just bought full pack as a reward for my girls passing swimming lessons and all it does is get stuck over and over again. my girls were so excited and now I have 3 upset and grumpy girls. please fix this asap!

Hi there! I am trying to buy individual pets but it doesnt let me, it opens an other window that says; grown ups only please enter the numbers.... Why does it say that?? Please fix this thing immediately please!!!! Thank you and please try to fix it soon,, and about the game it is very fun for kids to play with their pets and they could have fun petting them and has videos for them to watch! I think this is an great game!!! But you have to fix my problem... Thank you and fix this thing fast please!!!!!

My daughter is absolutely in love with this game, however even though I purchased the 3 new pets it wont download (theres an error message) Please fix this!

Oct 2 2015 update having issues. Been waiting for the restore purchase bug to be fixed which this update states it has but now when we try and get into the store the app turns off. Fix this please!

I paid to unlock all the pets In time of desperation. Once I paid I had to restore my purchase every single time and most of the time my download would fail. Was excited for the update but now we cant even get into the app without it crashing. Every Disney app we have downloaded is terrible quality. Ill never pay for one again.

The app will freeze up and stop at the loading screen. Please fix!

I have bought the expansions, and I dont think I will again. Every time I purchase one the entire app stops working and shuts down! Now I cant restore any of my purchases! That is a lot of money for absolutely nothing. If it werent for this issue, this game was my daughters favourite app.

She enjoys receiving hearts and gifts, and playing with Treasure. Shes says that Treasure is sooooo cute!!!

They dont give you an option to buy Slipper individually, I have to buy her in a pack of all the pets. But I already bought all 16 other pets at $3.00 each. I spent over $30 already on pets but the only way to get the one new one is to buy the full pack at $17? RIPOFF!!

We’ve already bought most of the pets and can’t buy Slipper unless we buy the whole pack. Why is she the only pet you can’t buy individually? That doesn’t make any sense.
