Palace Pets in Whisker Haven App Reviews

I made one minimal purchase and was charged but the pet never became available. On the Disney developer website there is no access to help pages or contact due to "error" which leads me to believe this app is set up to rip off hard working people. Not to mention disappointing to my child and I am sure many others. Disney remove this app or fix it, its making you look bad as a company.

My daughter loves this game so much I paid the $24.99 to buy all pets and items. This occupies her while shes in the hospital for her cancer treatments. The pets loaded and then disappeared. We havent been able to restore purchases. It appears in the game as if I never paid for them. And theres no support for the app. Do not download this.

My daughter loves this game but after the last update it wont open anymore

The game opens but then locks you into just petting the animal. I have to force quit the app to try and choose something else but still gets locked up if you pull up any pet.

Weve done the most recent update for this app but the game will not open. Please fix!

These pets are absolutely adorable! My kid (and I) love it. Halloween updated is awesome!

Please fix this game. Its shuts down before we can even pick a pet to play. Its a shame that the only game we paid money for doesnt even work. My daughter loved this game and now hasnt been able to play in over a week! Very disappointing.

I just updated the app and which I didnt. Now the app just crashes and wont open. How disappointing!!!

It was working great until I made a purchase. Now the app will not even open. I will have one upset little girl because she loves this app. Once fixed, I will update my review accordingly.

What is going on with this app? It use to work fine. New update. Now it wont open. And I spent money to purchase more pets. I want a refund!!! Terrible app! Not reliable. Thanks for making my grand daughter sad. She loves palace pets. Make it right! And the only reason I put 1 star is because I had to.

The “shop timing out" error seems to be fixed now and I was able to buy the ever so cute raccoon. Oh and More levels please!

This app is still not working after the last update / bug fix. Lost all my in-app purchases and kids are very disappointed they can no longer use this app. Please fix ASAP!!

I have had so many problems with app. It is a cute game when it worked. I added it to another device, and updated it. It crashes every time it starts to open. It will not work on any of my devices. I recently purchased the additional "glitter package", and cannot use it now. If you have a working app, do not update it. I will not purchase another Disney app. They take your money, and do not deliver your product.

My 6 year old daughter downloaded this and got so frustrated trying to play it she was in tears. We quickly deleted it and found another app for her. The way this game works, the directions, hands, etc., are not clear and not obvious what to do. Not a well done app…and then we tried restarting and the whole thing crashed!

So... I have followed all the trouble shooting advice, and still have yet to play or fully load the game... I finally called customer service after 2 weeks of hoping it was a me thing ... How ever the Disney app customer service said that they are aware of the app crashing issue ... how ever they do not have an eta for a repaired app.. If I wanted my money back I needed to contact Apple. I Grrrrrrr I also have the 1st the palace pet app... It was fine until the update to the app. And now its the same issue ... So I have spent so much money on apps my kiddos cant play. I am so disappointed it taken this long and still no resolve. Apps like this should not be in the App Store. Do not purchase this app until you see better and current reviews.

I purchased Cinderellas pet pony, Bibbidy, which I adore, and I love this game. I love that the pets have such cute voices, especially Bibbidy and other pets, and that we can do things for them just like a real pet! I do have one problem, because I am on level 20, and every time I advance a level, it stays on that level, and repeats itself. I still love this game, though please fix.

This app wont even open for over a month now. And the help support isnt very helpful. Do not download this game, . We even bought a pet and cant even play the game.

This is the worst app Ive ever downloaded. Its terrible. It never works correctly if it even opens.
